NW A-25 crushes in album mode

When scrolling in the album mode the unti crushes (freezes, then reboots on itself). Upgraded to the latest (1.11) firmware, does not help -- still crushes. Did anyone experimence this?

That doesnt sound normal at all

I'm sure you have, but I have to ask if you have tried to reset the unit?

Also have you had any battery problems with the Walkman?
