Hi Graygray20, and welcome to the community.

I'm not too sure about this but I can pass this on to the team to look into and get back to you when I have more info to share.

Thanks,

For your pocket, sandisk will be better  and more efficient (faster read/criting speed) for the same price.

Well depends of what kind of music you listen to and what is the file you are saving your library. Without knowing thet file time, we can't answer you 😃

Hi i am using flac on 16 bit off the sony music center

Memory card i have in a moment is a 128gb sandisk ultra micro sd card from my mobile the second half of my question is do they need to be 24 bit for the player for even better sound

Thankyou all

If you rip in Flac then an average album is about 300Mo so approx 3 albums for 1Gb so it should be OK 😃

I don't know if the new software has that feature but with old media go, if you highlight the track you wanna transfer it will calculate the amount of data it represents 😃

If you have 24bit files it will sound better but it will also depend of your headphones/IEM

Thanks everyone for reply

Hi, I'm ready to buy a 64GB micro SD card for my Sony Walkman NW-A45. I'm wondering what the outcome was. Do Sandisk work or do I have to buy Sony. I've imported my CDs using Music Centre for PC to FLAC and transferred some to my Walkman along with the cover art. ( The cover art didn't transferr when I used WAV). It all displays as you would expect with FLAC.

Hi. Just about to buy a Sony Nw-a35 and was wondering about memory card size. Just to confirm it will DEFINITELY take a 400gb card? Thanks for any reply.
