NWA-45 restore fail

Hi , backed up a music centre 2.2.1 to an external hard drive before wiping an reloadin a laptop. Trying to restore the image and I get the following message ' since the restore destination drive does not exist, or is not a hard disk, the data can not be restored.Please specify a different drive'

I have also dragged the back up folder onto the laptop but still get the same message when trying to restore

Is there any way of restoring Music center from the player itself ?

Hi Garth,

It sounds like the file got corrupted, possibly by an issue with that hard drive. I'd try copying that image file to a different computer just to be sure.
