NWZ-A15, SD Card compatibility with Windows XP ?

I have bought an NWZ-A15 and a SD Card 64GB. My PC runs on Windows XP. When I try to save music to the SD Card neither the PC nor Media Go recognise my player. It is fine if I save to the player itself. What can I do ?

Hi there

As this walkman should have 16GB of internal memory, you can transfer files to it.  If your having problems with Media Go, you can use Windows Explorer instead.

To save files to the microSD card, you need to set the correct memory on the walkman first itself.

Did you also format the microSD card before use?  As you need to do this on the Walkman itself.
