Portable DAB/DAB+ Clock Radio with Speakers - XDR-V20D

I just purchased the above product yesterday. I am trying to tune in the DAB channels but it's telling me that there is no signal. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried it several times now with no success. It will tune in FM stations but I would prefer to use DAB.

did dou play araround with the antenna a little bit?

If not you could try to extend it further or extend it more.
