Reset Mode WH1000XM2 damaged.

Hey everybody,

I have a problem with my Headphones Wh1000xm2. I was running and suddenly my connection was lost. I wasnt able to reconnect them again so I tried to reset them. When I made the 7 second process to reset them I wasnt work and They cant be at the pairing mode again. 

Could anybody help me? I bought them in less than 2 years ago.

Can you try to delete the pairing information of the headset from the device, and then pair them again.
