Sony mdr 650bt and 950bt1 hinges and quality

Hi Sony and Sony Community,

I've been a happy sony consumer since i got my first playstation- PSone. Since then when I heard the name Sony it meant quality and fun, I've been on the border of fanboy-ism. I've bought many Sony products over the years, PS1, PSP, PS3, PSvita, PS4 and many other smaller things like headphones and speakers. I have always reccomended Sony cameras, Sony sound systems and other products to my friends and family members, but from today I'll tell them to buy Sony headphones with caution. In December of 2017 I purchased my first bluetooth headphones from Sony, mdr650bt, I purchased them from amazon.de because in Croatia we have enormous taxes and miserable discounts. I was impressed by their sound and battery life and I loved them and cared for them because I saw that people are having problems with hinges on their headphones so I thought "hey, they just weren't carefull enaugh" (not me right...). Around October or November 2018 I saw another sale on amazon and this time there they were, mdr950bt1, boy were they nice, and guided by my experience with mdr650 I went for it, purchased them for around 100€, when I came back to my hometown from my college for Christmas they were waiting for me. I opened them and when I heard their sound I said yeah that's it. I gave mdr650bt to my girlfriend and we were both pretty happy with Sony's headphones. Whenever my friends asked me for good casual bluetooth headphones I sent them over to Sony. In February of 2019 I was talking with my girlfriend over videocall and after we finished she sent me a picture of broken mdr650, "I just took them off and hinge got loose". I started asking her is she messing with me, how can they just brake like that. Ofc they were just out of warranty so I couldn't return them (13.5-14 months of ownership) and I ordered them from other country so hey... We ordered some no-name brand headphones and now they are aproaching Sony mdr650 lifetime... I've thought "well mdr 950bt1 are better built so I hope there won't be problems like that in the future (and they cost more). So today I got my 950bt1 out of their case (purchased cases for both 650 and 950, after every use they went back to the case...) and behold... cracks on the hinge. I guess that just basic clamping force is destroying those hinges, I would rather sacrifice convinience of hinges and have nice and sturdy headphones that are going to last me at least a year longer. I was shocked to see that even after my carefullnes in handling those headphone they still cracked (we're talking about guy who kept his smartphone in good order with few scretches for 6 years). I know I'm mad for still holding Sony in high regards even after these events but I am not mad, I am just dissapointed. I don't know who to contact about this, so I am posting this here and hoping that someone will learn from my mistakes. I hope you guys have better luck then me and that you can enjoy things you purchased without any problems.
P. S. I was looking into replacement parts but when I include shipping into the price it simple isn't worth it for a small piece of plastic (price 16$ shipping 40$)
