i recently bought a Sony NW-ZX2, and I really like it. However a couple things that I've noticed that I hope people may be able to help me with.
- The side control buttons, sometimes they work and other times they don't. Is this a glitch in the software? There's no real pattern as to when it does and doesn't respond.
- is there a way of recording the play count on the player so that I can see what are the most popular songs. Also, if so, is it also possible to create a top 25 playlist. I used t love this feature on my iPod.
