This was working fine until yesterday. The device stopped being detected by my computer. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps i have found, including reseting the device. I have tried new usb cable, but still it does not detect. I have also triedon three computers; windows and linux. Still nothing.
I have two of the same mp3 player and since the first one stopped being detected, the second one also wont detect. - I would have thought it would be the computer, but it wont work on any others. Its not the cable,.. because i bought a new one today and tried three of my others - which would point to the device; however its strange that both of them would mess up at the same time..
