Hi everyone
Im new to this and hope someone can help me. I've tried most things especially downloading SonicStage as recommended for updates which hasn't really helped solving the problem.
I uploaded music to my Sony Walkman mp3 NWZ-B143 and accidentally deleted the files software to make the mp3 work.
I have tried connecting it to my pc but says MTP device failed. I've pressed reset button andthen it shows 'WALKMAN' dash dash dash as if its trying to start but then goes off and so display is blank.
Please can anyone help me as to download the correct driver or software containing the files to kick start the mp3. I'd hate to throw it away for the cost I paid for it. I have bought another one in the meantime while I can get this one fixed.
