sony wh-1000xm3 annoying creak second pair!

Really getting annoyed with this.

they start off ok but after a week of wear there is a creaking sound when I move my head.

Sort of makes the the NC element redundant.

its the 2nd pair now and tempted to get a refund and wait.

Is there any fix in the pipeline?
