I just got my new 1000XM4 the other day and for the first time they ran out of battery. Strangely enough, all I got was a message similar to "battery is empty, please recharge", followed by the headphones turning off completely. One would expect a "low battery" warning (at e.g. 20%) to prevent the headphones from turning off so suddenly. I was in the middle of a phone call and out of the blue I had no headphones.
Could you please fix this Sony?
Hi,
Did you fully charge them before first use?
P.S. you can check the charge status by pressing the power button when using the headset.
Also the red light starts blinking when battery level is low.
