Headphones have been working fine since I got them about 6 months ago. Recently they started acting up - when I have them on they beep (kind of like a notification ding) and the noise cancelling ends and my music/whatever is playing through them stops. This happens repeatedly, every 15 seconds or so. Nothing is obstructing the right ear (e.g. not lying down, wearing a scarf), so I don't think they're confused thinking I'm trying to turn off noise cancelling. All I can do to get it to go back to normal is cover and uncover the right ear. It's v infuriating and I can't for the life of me work out how to fix it - or how to do a reset of the software on the app or anything.
Any ideas?
