I faced an issue today and it confussed me.First at pairing mode the led was white(or pink)and the "bluetooth connected"(and "power on" etc..) voice dissapeared.The most wierd thing was that the volume sound when you get to max(that "beep")changed and it can be heard once and if you press vol up again it goes to min volume(the headphones volume-i'm using android),and another wired thin is that if i repeat that volume thing 3-4 times there are some wierd beeps and after that the volume blocks (and the other functions as well-play/pause etc)and i have to pause the music from the phone to turn off the headset.
Please help if you know any solution to this.(i think it might be be a firmware update,but it's just a guess).

You could try resetting the headset, or if that makes no difference, initialising. The reset procedure is described on this page.

I have Reset the headphones
charged the headphones to full
re initialised the headphones
it’s not my iphone
can anyone help please
I had to replace them using the warranty,so there's no "fix" for this.

Many fixes you propose don’t work
the headphones have a purple light prior to malfunction
the intro voice isn’t available
when you pair to anything else it’s the same it’s issue
I’ve paired it to my Sony tv and the volume is ever so quiet
I’ve reset
ive charged it fully
I’ve noticed that it turns the volume up in segments of 25% and not incrementally
four presses and it’s full volume but the sound coming out is roughly 25%
im
not impressed with the support currently and feel let down
I’ll have to dig out my receipts and await insight on how to replace
I wish u luck in replacing the headset
