Walkman NW A35 not showing category for artist

The other categories; All Songs, Album, Genre, Release Year etc show... but not "artist".

Is there a way to create or make 'artist' viewable?

Welcome to the community. 

I think you can adjust the settings in your NW-A35 to show the Artist List Display. Please see the Settings Menu

page of the Help Guide and see where it says Artist List Display in Playback Settings.
