Walkman NW A55L

Hi all,

Have bought a Walkman NW A55L to replace my old IPOD in the car through the car stereo, but am beginning to think I've made a mistake. The lead I use from the IPOD has both a USB and jack lead to plug into the cars USP and Aux port but I cant find any such lead to fit the Sony. USB to USB does not work, just charges the device but does not pick up on the car stereo. I've ordered a straight jack to jack lead to plug the Walkman into the aux port on the car, but don't really expect this to work.

Any advice gratefully received.

The car (mini clubman) does not have Bluetooth functionality by the way.

If you use jack to jack no problem.

If you use USB, walkman acts as a USB thumb so you need to use ur car stereo to browse teh folders within the walkman to play music.
