Walkman NWZ-B183: deleted software

I've accidentally deleted the software from my device.  I now have no Settings menu.  Only the Music folder remains. What can I do?

Just a couple of questions:

Which software have you deleted?

Does the Walkman still function at all?

Have you tried resetting the Walkman in case that helps?

Press the button with a pen or paper clip, etc. to reset your Walkman.
