Hi Guys
Got my new earphones from John Lewis last Friday and got home all excited to set them up only to find the Sony Connect app won’t allow me to connect the headset, I’ve tried on 4 different devices, my 10x Max, wife’s 8, sons 6 and my 7, all connect fine with the Bluetooth but won’t connect via the Connect app, is there anything else I can try? I’ve logged a supper ticket with Sony but I’m 99% sure it’s the app as there are lots of reviews stating the bugs and issues with it, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
