Hi,
Bought WF-1000XM4 a couple of weeks ago and everything have worked fine until last week when i suddenly couldn't connect the left bud anymore. I have tried factory reset/reset and to reinitalize them several times but without success. Tried to contact Sony support but gets a error message that the page cannot be reached. Any tips would be appreciated.
