My WF-1000XM4s continue to play even when connected to each other by magnet.
so the headphones have a useful feature of magnets so you can keep them together without having to put them in the case, which is great.
However, music can continue to play while they are in this state, draining the battery and losing your place in whatever you were listening to.
Surely they ‘know’ they are not in your ears, by virtue of the fact they are connected to each other by magnets? Or are they not smart enough to ‘know’ this?
what possible use case is there for this as a function? Or is this a bug and they’re just not very smart?
