WF-1000XM4 sound gets bad at volume above 60%

For some reason they start to cut the high frequencies out when you increase the volume above 60-70%. Tuning EQ doesn't help much. They sound great at around 60% volume, but then the more I increase the volume, the less high frequencies I get. I'm using them with an iPhone.

Did you try a reset to check if that solves the problem?

Hi Ahmed,

I would recommend to reset the unit, make sure that the software version is the latest: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-bluetooth-headphones/wf-1000xm4/softw...

Hi,

I've tried resetting them, it didn't help. I'm using the latest firmware version (1.2.6)

Hey @ahmedguseynov

Does this have with a specific device?
Or, with all the devices you tried it with?

Cheers.
