WF-1000XM4 - Speak-to-chat doesn't resume music when wearing one of the two buds

Hello,

Don't know if it's a recent issue but the speak-to-chat function seems to have a little problem :

Everything work perfectly when i'm wearing the two earbuds : When i talk, music and noise cancellation stop for 15s then the music and cancellation resume.

Now, when i wear only 1 of the two earbuds (i've tried with the left one then the right one) : When i talk, music and noise cancellation stop for 15s, then the noise cancellation resume BUT music doesn't resume. I have to restart it manually.

I'v tried with differents musics app, the issue remain.

Is anybody else having the same problem ?

@Littlerogue, when you use the Headphones Connect app, you can actually change the sensitivity of the automatic audio detection and change the time until the Speak-to-Chat mode ends, in addition to switch the mode between enabled and disabled. It is set to about 15 seconds by default.

If that's not the case, you can try resetting and initializing the headphones and check again

Hope it helps

It's not a sensitivity problem. It only occur when whearing 1 earbud on 2. With both of them, everything is fine.

Try to make sure that the ''wearing detection automatic music playback pause/resume function'' Is enabled through headphone's connect, and maybe check if it needs updating.
