WH-1000XM2 Volume increase during idle

Hi.

I have an issue with WH-1000XM2. After idle time (5-10 min) within the Bluetooth range of phone (either Android or iPhone) the volume of headphones raises to ~+50%. Power OFF and ON fixes it, but if I forget to do that and start to play music, my ears will "bleed". Please help.

This is very strange behaviour. Have you tried to update the firmware version of the headset? You can follow the steps here: https://bit.ly/2C78C0Q

Current Firmware is the latest - 2.0.1

I've tried to Turn Off and On DSEE HX, Repair headphones with smartphone, performed both Soft Reset and then Hard Reset.

The issue is still reproducible, unfortunately.
