WH-1000XM3 cannot change Bluetooth name on iOS

The bluetooth device name on iOS can only be WH-1000XM3; Is there any way of renaming it on iOS (like Bose QC35 II which can be renamed on iOS)?

As shown below, in iOS's bluetooth setting, there is no option for WH-1000XM3 to change its name on iOS and I didnt see any rename option in Sony's iOS app as well. (but it can be renamed on my Macbook).

If the name can be changed on one device but not another, the issue may be the 2nd device (i.e. iOS). Have you tried checking with Apple support in case this is a limitation of a specific Bluetooth profile for example?
