Wh-1000xm3 charge led not working

Hey guys, i just bought the headset and when i connect it to the Samsung fast charge adapter with its own cable( the cable which came from sony) i dont see the RED LIGHT of charge working at all ....i left it for about 20 minutes and it went from 55% to 70% and i found out by connecting it to my phone to check if its charging....i also tried to connect it to my USB port 3.0 on my laptop the red led light of charging still does not work!!! what to do?

Hello @amir1989,

from what I can tell ome fast chargers don't work with the headset, so I would use a PC-USB-port as you tried.

I though wonder why you could charge it there (even if it was slow) but can't charge it connected to a computer.

Where do you get the charge-amount from? The headset itself or your smartphone (which also shows the charge of the headset).

Hello @IamNic  Yes i can tell the percentage from when i connect the headset to my phone....funny thing it was charged fully and yet i could not see the indicator work at all and it charged from its own cable but with Samsung fast charge adapter.....further more even when i connect it to my laptop(by cable)it pairs instantly as it connects to the laptop without any issue, so the port is working yet the led light is not....is that a problem? or its ok as long as it charges??? it was 50% when i inserted the cable and in less than 2 hours it was 100% and it stands there for a long long time .

PS: F.Y.I, the headset came with full charge when i bought it, that is why i didn't see it immediately  and be using it for two days before it turned to 50%.

were the headphones switched off or on upon connecting them to any of the mentioned chargers?

@IamNic They were off....funny part is when i connect them the power on/off button light blinks for fraction of a second !!!
