I have just bought Bluetooth Headphones type WH-1000XM3. When I connect them to my computer, using Bluetooth, the stereo doesn't work, so the quality of the sound is very blurred and not sharp. I have already tried to remove the device and install it again a number of times, but still it doesn't work well. I use Windows 10 and the stereo appears to be disconnected all the time, whatever I do. I went to "sound" -> "playback" and tried to connect the WH-1000XM3 stereo, but nothing happens.
Please instruct me how to operate the stereo of the earphones in order to improve the sound quality.
Surprisingly, when I connect the headphones to my smartphone, they work well, but with my PC the sound quality is very poor.
