WH-1000XM4 sound gets cut off whenever I cough or if I suddenly look down.
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me. As title. I was watching Youtube Videos, and then I coughed as I am a smoker. The video will be paused and my WH-1000XM4 will go into a "Sleep mode"?
I know that if I am watching a video and for whatever reason that I have to remove the headphone, the video will be paused. This is a great feature. However, I don't understand why it will pause the video whenever I cough or sneeze. Sometimes, this will also happen if I bow my head down which happened when I dropped my pen so I just looked down instinctively and the video was paused. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening in the future? Many thanks in advance for your assistance.
Regards,

Try to disable the wearing detection and speak to chat, and test it once more, hope that helps.

Thank you very much for your response. I am really sorry. How do I disable the settings that you have mentioned? I mean where do I find them to disable them? Many thanks in advance.

Here's the speak to chat: http://bit.ly/3Zh7pxu.
And here's the wearing detection: http://bit.ly/3J7lhVf.
Usually you disable/enable features through the supported app headphones connect: http://bit.ly/3tFCIEv.
