Wh-ch 700N very low quality and no microphone on cable in pc

Hello! I have the WH-CH 700N headphones and they are great for listening to music on bluetooth, but that's about all i can get done. Using the microphone on bluetooth makes the sound very bad and trying to use the cable it doesnt pick up any microphone and the sound quality is bad. I was hoping i would be able to use this headphones for gaming too but its realy bad without microphone. Do you guys have any idea what i could do?

Hello @iamolo,

you could purchase a cable with an in-line microphone which has a TRS connector on the headphones side and a TRRS connector on the PC site. Then of course your PC needs to have a TRRS port which supports the microphone input as well, otherwise you need an adapter which splits the signal into headphones signal and microphone signal.
