Only by wire (Jack 3,5 mm) from TV's headphone output...

Your TV supports connecting audio devices via the 3.5mm socket. It should still be possible to use wireless radio headphones such as the one here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/wireless-headphones-rf-headphones/mdr-rf895rk
