WH-H900N frequent battery level notification

I'm not quite sure when this started happening, but I have noticed that every few seconds I am getting a notification on my handset (Samsung Galaxy S7) every few seconds telling me:

WH-H900N (h.ear) battery at 100%

Is this new/normal?

I can also confirm that I got same rather annoying behaviour about a week ago. I have a Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018). I believe that this changed after the last Android update, which in my case is when Pie version was introduced. 

The notification say WH-H900N (h.ear) battery at 100%

And it comes every 15 seconds.

Same issue, only way I can take it away temporarily is to restart my phone
