Will Sony ever fix the cold weather issue with the WH-1000XM3? Would be so easy with a quick-fix to just give us the option to disable the touch function. Would be helpful to be able to disable it anyway. But because of the bad response it seems unlikely that they will ever fix it.
And now I'm reading that the Noise Cancellation is a lot worse after the 4.1.1 firmware update so what are they really doing?
I've heard of other instances where their product has had a known issue where they never fixed it. Maybe they are too proud of themselves to make the customers happy and fix their issues.
This is making me not want to buy any more Sony products.
