Having bought a new Sony Vaio Duo SVD 1121Z9EB I'm slowly getting to know how to use the various functionalities both because I'm new to Windows 8 and I've never used a tablet before. Do I need to purchase some software or download another app in order to start using the digitizer pen? I have looked at several YouTube demonstrations or reviews where the presenters go straight into using the digitizer pen but I'm not sure how to get started. There is no digitizer app on the Wndows 8 start section apart from the fresh paint. I can use my fingers to use this but not the pen. Also I want to know how these presenters just swish up the wrting pad in order to make notes by long hand which get transfered into word text?
I'm a bit slow when it comes to these wonderful technological advances but I hope someone out there can help by pointing me in the right direction. A small and slow step at a time idiots guide is what I need.
