Problem customer service

Am a Sony fan 

I love Sony Products

But the Customer Service is not that good 😔

About a week ago I reported I have a Dead pixel on my tv 

I have been phone them every day for an update there keep saying someone will call me 24 hour but no calls 😔

Still waiting

Pls Sony do something
