How do I mount the SD card?

Just purchased the Xa2, how do I put the micro SD card in the tray isn't easy to get out don't want to damage it

Do not cut your SIM card, as this may damage your device.

1. Drag out the nano SIM and memory card trays.
2. Place the memory card securely in the memory card tray, in the correct orientation as shown in the illustration.
3. Place the SIM card securely in the SIM card tray, as shown in the illustration.
4. Gently push first the memory card tray, then the SIM card tray back into their slots until they fit into place.

When I pull out the SIM card tray there is only a holder for the SIM card and not the memory card and there seems to be something blocking the memory card slot which won't come out. Is my phone setup for a single SIM and no memory card?
