While playing songs with headphones, volume of songs reduces. This happens mostly when using equalizers. Please help to solve this issue

When these settings are in default, there are no issues with headphones. But when I change my sound settings the audio file sound is good for first 15-20sec, afterwards the sound of audio file slightly decrease, again after sometime the audio file sound increases to normal and decreases after few seconds
