Network issue

I have network problem

When I am interested 'jio'  sim

It's continually restraining 

Please

While I insert both sim 

Both network gon continues connected & disconnected 

& sometimes got restarting phone 

I am using volte sim

Can't use volte sim single also.

My Xperia XA1 Plus doesnt even connect to any mobile network. I have tried everything. Nothing works. What should I do?
