Hi,
I have a new Xperia xa. It worked fine at first but starting this week it's stopped showing me notifications for SMS and whatsapp sometimes. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when. No notification sound, nothing in the notification bar, no badge, nothing to show there is a message at all until I open the app.
I am running nougat, and for SMS I am now using next SMS, but I've only started using that after the problem started to see if it helps, beforehand I was using stock messaging app and the problem exists on both.
I can not think of anything I could have changed that would have caused this. Any ideas?
