Photo transformation?

Hey !

I was playing with my new Phone, taking pictures and I saw that when I want to see a pic I've taken there is a change in the picture, for exemple the Pink and Blue appears more bright and flashy, and so does the contrast of the photo. It change the global quality of the photo in a seconde and I can see the changes..  my  more or less red hairs become a strong red, my pale blue eues turns to à strong and unnatural blue.

How can I change this ? Whenever I use the editor or photoshop the picture come back to It normal state, but I would like to see the picture in the album that "natural"  way too... (sorry for the bad english )

Are you referring to 

settings > display > quality ?

take screenshots and post them here if possible.
