Problems with the volume button

Hola. Hace varias semanas actualicè mi teléfono con la última actualización del sistema, luego de ahí los botones de volumen de los laterales no funcionan. Espero alguna ayuda al respecto de como resolver este inconveniente  Gracias de antemano.

Здравствуйте, я не могу выбрать себе наушники, все проводные играют тихо, громкость на максимум, эквалайзер настроен, как выбрать??? Пробовал наушники даже за 27000 но все играют тихо . Может вы мне объясните в чем дело?
