My screen suddenly flickers yesterday while I'm browsing music.. It flickers up and down and at the same time it's like having an image retention. I already power cycle, force restart, restart, shutdown, reset, and update software but nothing helps. I thought reset will help but after I reset it, even the start up logo and menu flickers right away. As of this moment while I'm typing, it flickers a lot to the point it's blurry but I tried hard just to send this message. This phone is just 4 months old and I can't beleive it's doing this way, if repair is the only way to fix this that is unacceptable for me for a brand new unit. I'd rather have it replaced. I'm really upset that I can't even maximize this phone right now. I really wanted to raise this issue to the higher management because it could be a defect on this phone..no damage on the screen and it just happen for no reason. I hope Sony management has a way to deal with this especially for brand new phones not even a year old phone. I'm really frustrated with this because the more that I'm using this phone right now, the flickering worsen and at the same time it gets really hot. I'm afraid to use this anymore like what happen with Samsung, that it might explode anytime. This phone is very important since I'm working and I need to have my phone with me all the time to check emails. SONY please have this phone replace, I don't want to have it repaired. Hope to hear from you ASAP.
