Hi @Turkeyozgur, sorry to hear about this. 
Do I understand correctly that the device is freezing when you receive a notification? Does this occur with all notifications that you receive or is it only some of them that causes this behaviour?
If you haven't tried to restart your device in safe mode and see if the same freezing occurs while downloaded applications aren't loaded, I would recommending doing so.
