Sony XA2 ultra disconnected sim card

Dear all

I using Sony xa2 ultra but have one trouble need support

My mobile usually happened disconnect Sim card.

When reset mobile be come OK. 

I don't why and solution solve the trouble

Please support me

if its a recurrent issue you might want to replace the SIM card

I tryed replace new Sim card. But sometimes still happens disconnected

I thinking my phone's hardware have issues but I don't know where
