Very slow load
My device started charging very slowly, a week ago they changed the charging connector because it was not holding the charger

And now I'm slow to load it with its original charger

Does anyone have an idea why or what should I do?

Mi dispositivo empezó a cargar de manera muy lenta, hace una semana le cambiaron el conector de carga debido a que no agarraba el cargador

Y ahora carga lento aún cargandolo con su cargador original 

Alguien tiene idea del por que o que debo hacer?
