Dear Sir,
The issue is that I have been facing difficulty to install the Xperia System Update (Oreo 8.0). I am using Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra (G3226). The thing is that I download the new version, then press install. After restarting 2/3 times, it shows a screen where it says 'couldn't install new software version. Please try again'. I have tried Laptop/PC companion also. See if you can find a solution for this issue.
