Xperia xa1 bad signal

Hi

Upgraded from Sony aqua to xperia xa1 same sim card and the signal is not what I expected, doesn't even work most the time. 

GPS on Google maps is all over the place and can't even use the sat nav

Disappointed in Sony any one else had signal issues

Same issue, in open spaces the reception is good, but in a enclosed room or space signal is almost gone or none

I have just tried going in settings and changing mobile networks mine was on the 4g so I've took that off and my signal has got stronger. Not full but stronger

This issue is still present on my XA1. Very week signal strength indoors. Have tried multiple carriers, barely any signal in my work location. I have used WM, Android, Blackberry and have used different handsets, and never have faced such issue. Have you guys come accross any fix?

Have the same problem... Bought Experia XA1... Networking signal disappears everytime... Only had this phone for 2 days

Sony phones are nice looking but they are crap. I think Sony should stick best to what they're good at - making TV's.

I bought a SE XA1 Plus over xmas and I had to return it once for an exchange because the ear-piece  volume is very low and weak signal. They gave me a new phone but still same problem - signal very weak.

I will never buy Sony again!

I hope Sony is reading this - you have some serious work to do, no wonder not many people buy your phones, because they're crap!

This phone is utter garbage, incredibly weak signal, was sent a replacement SIM in the hope this was the fault, but sadly no difference, this is an issue with the phone. How can this useless phone be released? Sort it out Sony.

Bottom line and final thought from me: Sony Mobile!!!! Bought Xperia E4 (i think it was that) and worked ok for a while until after the return policy ended. Since the front glass is on top a drop of just 1 foot cracked the screen, developed calibration issues so I took the screen to get fixed but the calibration still sucked. Then after another short drop, cracked screen and repair I had to buy a multi-phone-fitting case since no brick &mortar store has cases for them. Calibration still an issue even after many software updates. Finally couldn't stand it anymore and thought if I pay more then maybe it'll be worth it. Xperia XA1 has an amazing camera but connection to Wifi, Mobile Data and simply service connection are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I lose signal EVERYWHERE (home, grocery store, mall, ikea, etc.)  Sony and all of their "Did you try turning it off and on again or updating the software" . Their phones but not until it is too late to return them and I refuse to try and resale this 300 euro camera that can sometimes make connections. Sony for taking so much of my money, I promise I'll never buy another phone from them ever again. So long and thanks for all the fish!
