I did conduct diagnostic test on my xz and noticed that the light sensor is not working as directed in the test resulting in failed test warnings. . I checked the RAM performance but there is red triangle with an exclamation mark showing 2.11 go used out of 2.71.. What does it mean...? How can I rectify it to remove those alarm marks..?
You should check setting>about phone>test>light sensor then follow the prompt for diagnostic test. Everything was fine according to the test except for the light sensor . which displays the test failures. . then for the RAM.. settibgs>about phone>facts^RAM.. check if your RAM does not show any red triangle marks with an exclamation mark inside.
Yes... I run test on all apps and it's only the light sensor that exhibit a failure. It says when you cover the upper part under a bright light the screen should dim.. But it did not so answered no and the score was a failure.
