Hi, after updating my firmware with the Sony Update program, my power button doesn't work. It still turns the screen off when I press it, but holding it down no longer gives me the usual menu letting me turn off my phone

Is there a way to reboot in the OS itself?

Also, some programs can't access my sd card, such as smart voice recorder and nandroid backup, which could save files to the SDcard before the update.

Is there any way to fix this?

Edit: Sorry, I forgot to mention, I updated from 4.1.2 to 4.3, I have a Xperia T.

That sounds quite strange. Try to restart your device by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates:

If the behavior still persists after a forced restart, I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

If you experience the same in safe mode I advice you to reinstall the latest software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".
