does anyone has a solution ( not Rooting Solution) to download the android market for middle east countries " Saudi Arabia" ?

I just knew that users can now access the market through PC and download free and paid applications.

but to do so you have to sign in 1st to market from an android device.

The market should be pre-installed...it always is

However, since you've asked.....

Drop on your SD card

from your phone, use any file browser to find the apk file

click it and select install.

If you don't have non market apps enabled, please follow the instructions that pop up to enable them. After you're done with that, click back

You should be at the folder containing the apk again. click it and select install once more

It shoudl update and you'll be all set!
