annyoing popping up window

hi everyone I'm facing a very annyoing problem I don't know if this is a virus or not here check the photo, the same window pops up every time but with different name like viber,filer manager and even games, so can anyone tells me what is this and how can I get rid of it ?

Could be a virus or malware and if it is or even if it isn't you will have an app installed causing this - Booting into safemode would prove to you if it's a virus or app because if it continues in safemode then it's a virus etc and if not then it's an app

okay I will put my phone in a safe mode I hope its not a virus ..
