App permissions

Evertime I get to add any application as a device administrator the settings freeze and I could neither allow them or cancel them.. The same problem persists when I install any application which I had backed up in my sd card. Seriously this thing is getting me worried. Please someone help me

Where are you downloading the apps from? Can you please remove your SD card and see if the issue persists?

Actually I downloaded the apps from Google playstore.
The other thing is drawing over other apps setting. It is not allowing me to give storage permissions and just now I saw that I even could not upload a pic to my whatsapp group because it says for this u need to permitt this app to draw over other apps...what do I do now...😓

Have you tried removing the SD card?

I'm still not sure exactly what is happening. Are you able to upload a screenshot?
